1. Create a light.

Under the general settings use the following (use any color you want, i will use blue)

under details

under visibility

2. Now ctrl+C (to copy the light source)

3. Ctrl+V (to paste the light source) now you should have 2 light objects by default named Light & Light1.

4. With Light1 selected go back to general settings and change the brightness to 250%, under details change brightness to 250%, and under visibility change sample distance to 25m.

5. Now create a cylinder.

and use these settings

6. Now hit F2 and drag your Z axis (blue arrow) down like so or fill in the following coordinates manually.

Position
X= 0
Y= 0
Z= -384.467

Size
X= 80
Y= 80
Z= 400

Rotation
All 0

Now hit F1

7. Ctrl+C (to copy the cylinder)

8. Ctrl+V (to paste the cylinder)

Now you should have 2 cylinders by default named Cylinder & Cylinder1.

9. With cylinder1 selected change the settings to the following

Now drag the z axis (blue arrow) of cylinder1 towards the end of the handle or enter this coordinate manually

10. Repeat steps 7 & 8, Now drag the z axis (blue arrow) of cylinder2 up the handle a little bit or enter this coordinate manually

11. Repeat steps 7 & 8, Now drag the z axis (blue arrow) of cylinder3 up the handle a little bit or enter this coordinate manually

12. Repeat steps 7 & 8 one more time, Now drag the z axis (blue arrow) of cylinder4 up to the top of the handle or enter this coordinate manually

And that's it when done it should look something like this
