Grass Text

1. Type in any text you like, I prefer a nice and fat font for this tutorial. In this tutorial, I wrote the text "TUTORIAL".

2. Create a new layer and move the text layer above the layer you have just created and hold CTRL + E to merge them together. Edit -> Transform -> Perspective - once that's done, click on the small box on the bottom left and drag it left to give it a better look.

3. Filter -> Noise -> Add Noise ( Amount : 100 % ) and you'll have dots all over the text. Change the color by holding CTRL + U and moving the bars around. I chose 121 Hue and 30 Saturation.

4. Now hold ALT and press the up arrow key and then the right arrow key. This duplicates the selected layer and moves it up once, or right once. Do this a couple of times and you should have something like this.

5. Select the second layer from the top and hold CTRL + E to merge the layers together. Merge the layers together until you have two layers left over. Now CTRL + CLICK on Layer 1 and fill it in with a dark color.
