1. First off, open photoshop. Then make a new document 350x125 pixels.
2. Now get your print bucket tool out and fill it with the color black.
3. Ok now you need to get out a grunge brush for this tut. I will be using alias_hardabstractgrunge. Found at deviant art once you get that out. Change your foreground color to white and make a new layer. And start brushing around a bit. After you done that layer, create new layer, choose different brush from the pack and brush on the new layer. Once your done that layer set it to overlay. Once your done that layer, make new layer and do the same, brush around with different brush but this time set the layer to soft light. after that, make a new layer and do exact the same but leave it normal and keep reporting these steps as much as you want. Here's an example.
4. After your done all that whip out one of those sexy renders and flop it out on the sig anywhere you would like.
5. Once your render is on your sig. Blend it in, Get your lasso tool out and do a rough outline of the render. Once that is done then right click inside the selected area and click "Farther" and set it to 20 and click ok. After that right click once again and click select inverse. once that is done go to Edit > Clear and it will be blended like so:
6. Once that is done, you will want to add some text right? well add some then with the foreground to white. And go into the blending options and set it like so:
Fill opacity:65
Drop shadow with default settings
Bevel and emboss with size 0
Last but not least add a 1 pixel black stroke.
7. After your text, to finish it up you will want to add color so go to Layer > New adjustment layer > Color balance and play with the colors in there. After that you will want to add a border I hope. So make a new layer before the color balance layer and click "Ctrl+A" to select the whole sig and go to Edit > stroke > 3 pixels black then go back and do 2 pixels white then go back once again and do 1 pixels black then on the stroke layer set it to overlay or soft light your choice. Here is my final result:
