12. On the layer with the layer styles, make a selection.
13. Fill the selection with any color. Deselect.
14. Go to: Filter--->Distort--->Shear. Apply it (with a random setting of course).
15. Repeat steps 12-14, every time on new layer (here I've made it 8 times).
