20. But don't stop here.

Apply Gaussian Blur (1.6) on the bottom layer with our spikes. Then copy it and place it above. Change the Blending Mode to Multiply and decrease opacity (I use 64%) as you see.

Flatten image.

21. Last step (I think, important). Apply Lens Flare.

Filter--->Render--->Lens Flare.

Use 105mm Prime and apply this filter several times with different Brightness and on different parts of your picture. (I've used it 6-8 times).

Voil!

Now you can start your experiments. You have basic layer style, so change colors, gradients. Try different forms, transform them etc. I hope you enjoy it.
