Blue Chrome


1. Make a 400x400 document. Now press "D" on your keyboard to reset the foreground and background colors to black and white. Make sure your background is white.

2. Go to Filter>Render>Clouds. The Filter>Distort>Twirl and use these settings:

Then apply Filter>Distort>Shear and use these following settings as well:

Then add Filter>Sketch>Chrome with these settings:

3. Apply these Hue Settings (Ctrl+U):

Few more steps left.

4. Duplicate the layer and set the blending mode to Hard Light:

Make a new layer and apply Filter>Render>Clouds to it. Then go to Filter>Stylize>Find Edges. Then change the layer blending mode to Linear Burn:
