Blue Density


1. Make a new document, I used 300x300.

2. Select the Gradient Fill Tool and we now want to make a gradient go from black to white on a angle like:

3. Now go to Filter>Render>Lens Flare and add all 3 types of lens flares, don't go overboard with this though:

4. Add Filter>Artistic>Plastic Wrap with these settings:

5. Now Filter>Stylize>Glowing Edges:

6. Press Ctrl+U and apply these hue settings or choose your own:

7. Right click the layer and select Duplicate and set the blending mode to Screen:

And your done!
