1. Create a new document (CTRL+N), make it transparent and type your text or just open your image, here I'll be using an image. The most important thing is that you make sure that your background is transparent ! Select your image or text with the Magic Wand Tool
2. The only thing you'll be using is the Blending Options, so go ahead and open that window
3. Just follow these simple settings to see what you can accomplish with this style, then play a bit and create something original
