Colour Burst


1. Open a new document, and select these two colors in your pallet (#00FF66 and #FF6600).

2. Using the gradient tool (G) click the top of the document and drag it down to the bottom, to get this effect:

3. Now select these two colors in your pallet (#FF29F7 and #1200FF).

4. Using each of the colors and the pencil tool (B) click and drag then pencil all over the page to get these effects:

5. Click ‘Filter’ > ‘Pixelate’ > ‘Mezzotint’ > On the drop down menu which will appear, make sure you click ‘short lines’ > then click ‘OK’.

6. Click ‘Filter’ > ‘Blur’ > ‘Radial Blur’ > Make sure you set the options to: (Amount = 100) (Blur Method: Zoom) (Quality: Best)

7. Woooho.. your end result should look something like this:
