Creating a Background in Photoshop, Part 2 (Video Tutorial)

Continuing with part 2 of this tutorial, expand the canvas of the newly-created background image to create room for some border effects. Then isolate a silhouette using the channels palette and bring that into the image. Finally, add some text to finish the design off.
