Required Images (well, you can replace them with whatever you want in yours, this is just if you want to mimic me):
Instructions:
1. Open Both picture into photoshop. Now select your car picture, and use the Magnetic Lasso Tool to cut it out. You can do this by click once on the outside of the car, and then moving your mouse around the car. This may take a few tries to get perfect, but if you hold shift, you can keep adding onto your current selection:
2. Now copy your current selection (Edit > Copy, or Ctrl + C) and paste it into your desert scene (Edit > Paste, or Ctrl + V).
3. Now we need to resize our car. Go to edit > Transform > Scale. Hold a corner of the box that appear around your car, hold shift, and begin to drag inwards until you have a suitable size for your scene:
4. Now duplicate the layer with your car in it (right click the Layer > Duplicate Layer), and apply a motion blur to it with an angle of -15 and a distance of 60.
5. Now move the blurred layer back a bit so it appears to be trailing the car:
6. Go back to the layer containing your desert scene, and pull out your burn tool. Begin to draw a shadow underneath your car. Just make large strokes on the underside of the car where it is visible:
7. And there you have it! You now have your very own scene of a car speeding through a desert! Now keep playing around with your work of art until you have something you like:
Good Luck with your work!
