Easy Matrix


Make a quick matrix effect in photoshop.

Step 1.
Open Photoshop File ->New. Create an image 400 x 400 with a whit background.

Step 2.
Now go to Filter > Texture > Grain. Settings are Intensity 100, Contrast 82 - 100, and set grain type to "vertical".

Step 3.
Now go to Filter > Artistic > Neon Glow , and use these settings. ( Glow Size 5, Color Brightness 20, Color #009900 ). Then click ok

Step 4.
Now go to Filter > Stylize > Glowing edges , and use these settings. ( width 1, Brightness 20, Smooth 1 ). Then click ok

Step 5.
And lastly go to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation ( Ctrl + U check colorize box), To add colour. Use settings along these lines: Hue 94, saturation 52 lightness -12.

Final Image.
