Step 1

Open photoshop and create the new image in the size 300x300 pixels with a black background. Establish forward color as R- 210, G- 60, B- 10 (#d23c0a), and back as R- 210, G- 100, B- 5 (#d26405). Create a new layer "artbosco" (Ctrl+Shift+N) and make round allocation (keep Shift).

Apply filters Filter> Render> Clouds.

Apply filters Filter> Distort> Spherize with parameters

Amount:95
Mode:Normal.

Step 2

Create a new layer "artbosco2".

Establish colors by default (D). Create black-and-white clouds (Filter> Render> Clouds). Apply filter Difference Clouds (Filter> Render> Difference Clouds) some times.

Make sphere of this allocation with the help of filter Filter> Distort> Spherize with parameters:

Amount - 90
Mode - Normal.

Establish Blending Mode a layer on Color Dodge.

Twice click on an original layer "artbosco" to open a window of styles. Include style Outer Glow and establish such parameters as in a picture.

Now compress allocation on 3 pixels (Select> Modify> Contract: 3px). Create a new layer (Ctrl+Shift+N) and establish it(him) between an original layer "artbosco" and layer Background. Fill allocation by any color (what - it is not important since this place all the same will not be visible).

Cancel allocation (Ctrl+D) and apply to this layer style Layer> Layer Style> Outer Glow with parameters as in a picture

Create a new layer and establish it(him) above all layers. Apply filter Filter> Render> Clouds, and then, some times, filter Filter> Render> Difference Clouds.

Keeping Ctrl, click on an original layer "artbosco", and then remove the allocated circle. Establish Blending Mode a layer on Color Dodge.
