An effect that looks like ice cubes, or little lego bricks you decide.
1. Open a new document in Adobe, with a white background
2. Size it about 200x200
3. Filter > Render > Clouds
4. Filter > Render > Difference Clouds
5. Filter > Texture > Patchwork set the settings as: Square Size 1 Relief 1
6. Filter > Stylize > Find Edges
7. To add colour press CTRL & U (Hue Saturation)
