Matrix Effect Texture


1. First of all I have taken a new file of height = 400 pixels, width = 400 pixels and resolution of 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

2. Go to Filter>Texture>Grain apply the following settings.

3. Your image will look like this.

4. Change foreground color to a luminous sort of green and background to black.

5. Go to Filter>Artistic>Neon Glow apply the following setting.

6. Your image will look like this.

7. Go to Filter>Stylize>Glowing Edges apply the following setting.

8. Your final image will be as attractive as mine as showing below.
