Matrix Effect


1. Start with a New Document Any Size will Work, Then Hit CTRL + D

2. Open up a new document in Photoshop And Set your Foreground Color to Black and background Color to White

3. Now Goto Filter > Texture > Grain (Settings Intenset 100% constrast 100% Grain Type:Vertical)

4. Now Goto Filter > Artistic > Neon Glow (Settings, Choose Your Color and set the Glow Size 5, Glow Brightness to 15)

5. Goto Filter > Stylize > Glowing Edges (Settings, edge width 1, brightness 8 and smoothness 1)

6. If Your Not Happy with your colors, Hit CTRL + U And Click Colorize And Then Adjust the Colors the way you like :)
