- Create a new image, any size.
- Fill the background with black.
- Create a new layer.
- Create any large shape like so, may be round may not. And fill it with
white.
- Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur
Radius: 20
- Filter>Distort>Ripple...
Amount: 999
Size: Large - Filter>Blur>Radial Blur...
Amount: 100
Blur Method: Zoom
Quality: Good - Ctrl+F to repeat the blur.
- Duplicate the layer by dragging it to the small new layer button.

- Merge the two layers bt Pressing Ctrl+D.
- Repeat step 10 to duplicate the layer once more.
- Click on the first layer (The bottom one)
- Chech the "Preserve Transparency" box.
- Select a color of your choice and fill the bottom layer.

- Thats It. You can add any effect you want, maybe some nice polygons. The
most impotant thing is to play around and experiment.
