Twirling Light Background

1. First start out with a blank 500x500 pixel square. Leave the background white.

2. Next add Clouds (Filter-->Render-->Clouds) then Difference Clouds ( Filter--> Render--> Difference Clouds).

3. Now add four Lens Flares in 50-300mm Zoom 100% brightness like this

image 1

4. Next add some Hue/Saturation (Ctrl&U) and make it any color you like. (I chose a Red color).

5. Next Twirl (Filter-->Distort--> Twirl) it 600 degrees.

6. Now make a copy of that layer. (CTRL&J)

7. Set that layer to `Lighten`

8. Now Twirl it (Filter-->Distort-->Twirl) it -999 degrees.

9. Now add some Hue/Saturation (Ctrl&U) and make it any color besides the color you chose earlier. ( I chose a Purple Color)

10. Now merge down. (Ctrl&E).

This is what it should look like now.
