Zooming Background


Step 1

First Open a document and fill it with a dark color. Goto Filter>>Render>>Difference Clouds.

Step 2

Now goto Filter>>Sketch>>Chrome. 10 Detail and 0 Smoothness.

Step 3

Next, goto Image>>Adjustments>>Levels. Move the tabs near the black spikes.

Step 4

You should have something brighter.

Step 5

Now apply a radial blur by going to Filter>>Blur>>Radial Blur. Set the amount to 80, Method to ZOOM and Quality to Best.

Step 6

Finally goto Image>>Adjustments>>Levels again and move the white tab toward the center a little bit to make it slightly brighter. Make a new layer and fill it with the color you want your zoom to be. Set the blend mode to color and you're done.
