Create the text:
Create the stroke:
Select the text with the selection tool (black arrow):
Go to Object > Expand:
Firstly create a new image in the size of your choice.
Next, press D to reset your colours.
After that go to Filters -> Render -> Clouds
The concept of depth is easily defined through playing with light and dark colors. Here's an easy way.

First, open a new document (Ctrl+N), and make the new document 800x800 pixels, in RGB color. Keep the resolution at 72 dpi. Once the new document comes up, hit "D" to reset the foreground and background colors. Then hit Alt+Backspace to fill the selection with black.

Create a new image 1000 x 1000 72 dpi with a white background.
Then hit the Alt + Back Space keys on your background layer to fill it in black. Next create a new layer.
Now add 2 guides in the center of your canvas as shown in the example below.
If you use Illustrator regularly, no doubt one of your first steps when working on a new document is to set up your guides. The process, though, can take some time, especially if you like to create a grid made up of guides or want your guides perfectly centered.

Ok.. To start off. Lets set up the Stage of the movie.
Set the Size of the stage to: width 400 by height 250. Make the background color Black, and set the Frame rate to 22.
