1. Make a new picture (CTRL+N) i used the format 477x250 pixels.
2. Make a new layer. Press 'D' to reset the colors.
3. Select the 'Pencil Tool' and set the brushsize to 1 pixel. (look at the image below)...

3. Press SHFT and draw a circle on your image. (look at the image below)...
1. open a new document, size doesn't really matter, but making the transparent background might be nice.
2. Add a background color of your choice, brown is what I chose.
3. Add some grunge, light and dark to your color to add some texture...

1.Create New Document with width and height to 200 pixel,72 resolution.

3. Make these lens flares around ur image 7 or below times...
1. We are going to make an effect that is good for signatures and banners, so let's start whit creating a new document (Ctrl-N), I used size: 450x450.
2. Press 'D'on your keyboard to reset the colours, then Filter -> Render -> Clouds...
