Start by typing "Green Valley" with a suitable font. Ctrl+Click the layer thumbnail to get the selection. Press Q to enable quick mask. From filter menu artistic>>plastic warp. Apply settings as shown:

Create ornament shape in a new layer.
Right click the ornament layer and select rasterize. Press Ctrl+T to transform. Right click and select perspective.
Start by creating a new file. Use a standard banner size 468X60 pixels. Fill the background with a dark color. Create a big circle and fill it with a different color. Place it in such a way so that only top portion of the circle is visible, that too on the bottom of the banner.
