First open up a new pallet the size of your choice. Next go to Filter > Texture > Grain Hit D to make sure your colors are default. Next, go to Filter > Artistic > Neon Glow

Start by creating a rounded rectangle in a new file.
Press Shift and create a circular shape at one end of the rectangle.
Apply 3 pixels stroke to the button shapes.

1. Start by creating a new document, let's say 400 x 150.
2. Get the 'Paint Bucket Tool' and make the Background all Black.
3. Get out the 'Text Tool' and type out, say your Username/Screename.
4. Change the colour of this Text to White.
