A good way to distribute your bulky PowerPoint Presentation is to convert it to Flash. Learn the code and the other tricks from this tutorial.
Creating a Stone Texture
Make a new document, 1000x1000 pixels, white background
Apply a Filter > Render > Clouds
Go to the Channel tab and make a new channel.
Go to Filter > Render > Difference Clouds. Now Repeat it 2-3 times after more. Your image should look like this:
Making a waving flag
Make a new document, 1000x1000 pixels, white background
Get the flag you want and add it to the newly created document on a new layer, on a new document.
Now CTRL+Click on the flag layer thumbnail to get the selection of the flag and make a new layer above it...
Making a Candle Flame
Make a new document, 1000x1000, black background
Grab the gradient tool and make a gradient like mine shown below.
Choose from it's options the Diamond gradient and on a new layer make the gradient like in the example:
Making a Water Drop
Open the image where you want to add the water drop. Mine is this:
Make a droplet-shaped selection using the Elliptical Marquee Tool. You can rotate your selection with Select > Transform Selection if you need a selection at an angle.
Right click on the selection and choose "Layer via...
