2: Press D to set default colors.
3: Filter > Render > Clouds.
4: Filter > Render > Different Clouds.

Allright I am trying to make up a tut for a signature
First open up an new layer from 400x100 ( or 400x200 )
- Add Clouds by doing Filter - Render - Clouds
- And then add Difference Cloud by Filter - Render - Difference Clouds

It shoud be looking like this:
Step 1 Create a new document, press D for default colors. Click on the Channels window and create a new channel with the create new channel button at the bottom of the screen. Then go to filter>render>clouds.
Step 2 Go to filter>stylize>glowing edges and use settings...

1. Put a lens flare on either side of the thingy
2. Filter > Sketch > Chrome with Detail 7 and Smoothness 1
3. Filter > Render > Difference Clouds and Ctrl+F until you get something like this:

Fill the background black.
Now go to Filter - Render - Lens flare and use brightness 100%, lens type 50-300mm Zoom.
