Start by creating a new file. Fill the background with black color.

Insert an image of a man with side face.
Select pen tool and start creating the outline of the face as shown.
Start by applying a gradient to background in diamond mode.
Duplicate the layer. From filter menu select "Distort>>Pinch". Apply settings as shown.

Duplicate the layer. From filter menu select "Render>>Lens Flare ". Apply settings as shown.
Start by applying a nice gradient to the background. Create a circle using elliptical shape tool.
Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp. Adjust the nodes to get the shape as shown.
Start by creating a new document with the settings shown.

Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.
Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp. Select "Bulge" from the preset warp shapes. Adjust settings as shown.
Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Ctrl+Click to get the selection. Contract the selection by 2 pixels. Create a new layer. Apply Black to white gradient.
Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
Enable "subtract from shape area" at the top bar. Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.
