Concept : In the Dissolve mode, Photoshop will randomly change the layer pixels to 0% opacity and other will remain to 100%. This effect can be checked when the layer is set to the opacity less than 100%.
1. Open an image.
2. Change it to gray scale using Image > Adjustments > Desaturate
3. Select hairs using Quick Mask Mode Technique. Learn it in detail from Quick Mask Mode Tutorial.
1. Open an image. 2. Select lips using Polygon Lasso Tool. 3. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation 4. Click OK and you will get Hue/Saturation box. Check Colorize button ON. Move the sliders to get following values.
1. Open an image.
2. Image > Adjustments > Threshold
3. Image > Adjustments > hue/Saturation Check the "Colorize" option ON.
Experiment with different colors.

2. Using Rectangular Marquee tool, make rectangular selection carefully around the main, center part of an image.
3. Press "Q" to activate Quick mask Mode
1. Open Photoshop. Open desired image. Image can be converted into two colors using Duotone. 2. Image >Mode > Gray Scale
3. Image > Mode > Duotone
4. You will get following box.
1. Open an image.
2. Using Elliptical Marquee tool, make elliptical selection carefully around the main, center part of an image.
3. Press "Q" to activate Quick mask Mode
