Start a new document in photoshop
Size should be 500 X 500 pixels
Background color: White
Then Select rectangle tool and create a shape ( hold the Shift key when you are drawing the shape - in this way your shape will be a perfect square)
Open a new document in photoshop
Size should be 300 x 300 pixels
Background color: #151515
Select Rounded rectangle Tool ( set the radius to 3 pixels ), and make a small shape
Select the rounded rectangle tool. Adjust settings at the top as shown below.
Create a rounded rectangle with these settings.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
Start by applying a "blue to bark blue" gradient in linear mode. Type each alphabet separately and rotate them randomly.
Select and merge all the alphabet layers. Ctrl+Click the layer thumbnail to get the selection. Press Q to enable quick mask.
