How to Customize the Category
Step 1
First of all login in your WordPress admin panel and go to Appearance tab in sidebar options.

When you click on Appearance tab then you will see many other options in appearance menu. Now you click on Chip Life Options.

After opened the Chip Life options you will see the Chip Life Theme Settings page. Now click on the Blog Options.

Now on this page you will see Display Category option. This category option is by default Yes.

Ok, we open the Chip Life home page. In this page we will see the by default category.
By Default Category
If you want not show the category option on home page you can easily switch this option, just go back again Display Category option and turn it option into No.

In which result our category option will not display at home page.

How to Customize the Tag
Tag option is by default Yes and this tag option is display bottom of the category option. Ok, as similarly step 2, If you want not show the Tag Option on home page you can easily switch this option, just go back again Display Tag option and turn it option into No.

If you turn your tag option into No, then tags is not display on home page.
