PHPFOX 1.6 Video Features:

One of the biggest improvements of PHPFOX 1.6 was the video module. Internet Entrepreneurs that were looking to create a Myspace & YouTube.com type website found great bliss with the new video mod. Members could now upload their own video files or stream in video files from other video sharing sites like youtube, break, and google.

Video conversion are now done by FFMPEG so videos will concert to .flv format to be viewed by a flash video player. Other formats that can be support (depending on your server) are .swf, .mov, .avi, .wmv, .mpg, .mpeg. The last great addition was giving users to embed uploaded videos on their own website.
