A True Vector

Create a small line that seperates the both lips from each other;

And finish off with a white glossy on the lower/lip;

Use a dark/brown color to create part of the nostril;

Then use a black color to create the eyeliner and the lashes;

Now make the eye-shaped white area's in the black;

The eye-balls are maybe the hardest, because you can never get them right...

Try and make an orb with a black inner glow and some black and white dots;

Complete the face with the eyebrows;

Then start on the hair; (Note: you must use many colors for this thing is this part of the tutorial will take up the most time)

Just like the skin, use a base-color, a light-color and a darker color;

And now you're done...
