Step 1

Open any picture of lady in photoshop (You can also download my picture).

Step 2

Choose Image > Mode > Grayscale (Ctrl+Shift+U) to get a grayscale image.

Step 3

Then, choose Image > Mode > Duotone.

Step 4

In Duotone Panel, under Type choose Quadtone.

Step 5

Click on the first color swathc. Then click on the custom button and under book: choose PANTONE solid matte.

Step 6

In color bar list choose PANTONE 7483 M.

Step 7

Click on the Curve thumbnail, and under 50: set 49%, under 40:66%, 30:60%, 20:20%, 60:42% and click ok. See the picture below.

Step 8

Click on the second color swathc, and in color bar list choose PANTONE 343 C.

Step 9

Then, click on the Curve thumbnail, and under 50: set 31%, under 40:53%, 30:20%, 20:20%, 60:17%, 70:59%, 80:45%, 90:55% and click ok. See the picture below.

Step 10

Click on the third color swathc, and in color bar list choose PANTONE 3425 M.

Step 11

Click on the Curve thumbnail, and under 50: set 57%, under 40:67%, 30:50%, 60:53% and click ok.

Step 12

Click on the fourth color swathc, and in color bar list choose PANTONE 344 C.

Step 13

Click on the Curve thumbnail, and under 50: set 15%, under 40:4%, 30:2%, 60:26%, 70:53% and click ok.
