Step 1
Open any picture of you, or of you and your friends, family..... in Photoshop.
Step 2
Click on Filter > Extract (Alt+Ctrl+X), take the Edge Highlighter Tool (B), and select the person which you want to cut. After that take the Fill Tool (G), and click on the area that you have just selected. See the picture below!
Step 3
Open some picture that would represent your background (poster).
Step 4
Go back on picture with person, take the Move Tool (V), and using drag and drop technique, move it on background picture. Look at the picture below!
Step 5
Then, press Shift+Ctrl+U on the keyboard.
Step 6
Click on Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation, and set the options from the picture below.
Step 7
Choose Filter > Texture > Grain, and set the options from the picture below.
Step 8
Take the Lasso Tool (L), under Foreground Color set #1A557F, and select the first person. Look at the picture below.
Step 9
After that create a new layer.
Step 10
Take the Gradient Tool (G),select the Foreground to Transparent and do like it is shown on the picture below.
Then, press Ctrl+D to Deselect.
Step 11
Repeat this steps for all persons.
Step 12
Insert a new layer, and set it beneath the persons layer.
Step 13
After that, take the Rectangle Tool (M), and draw a "rectangle" like it is shown on the picture below.
Step 14
Then, press Alt+Backspace on the keyboard, and after that Ctrl+D to Deselect.
Step 15
Take the Gradient Tool (G) and set Foreground to Background. After that select the person layer, click on Add layer mask icon, and do like it is shown on the picture below.
Step 16
After that, select the layer 3, and set the options from the picture below.
Step 17
Select the persons layer and set the options from the picture below.
Step 18
Select the layer 2 and set the options from the picture below.
Step 19
Now its time For title. Create a new layer, take the Rectangle Tool (R), and draw a rectangle, like it is shown on the picture below.
Step 20
Take the Paint Bucket Tool (G), and Fill it. After that press Ctrl+D to Deselect. Then, for that layer set Opacity to 42%, take the Horizontal Type Tool, and type some text.
