Change Button Color of the Keyboard

Step 1. Open our photo. You can download it from here.

Step 2. Copy "background" layer using Ctrl + J and name new layer "copy"

Step 3. Now we have to remove letter H. Zoom in on it, use Clone Stamp tool and remove letter H.

Step 4. Now use Pen Tool (P), and select button on which you want to work. I'll use H button.

As precisely as possible (use zoom) draw line around that button.

Step 5. After finishing with drawing go to the Path palette and select Load Path as selection. Go back to Layers palette.

Step 6. Create new layer and name it "button_color". Click on Create adjustment layer and select Solid Color. I used this color #9d0808. Set Blending mode of this layer to be Color Burn. We have now colored our button.

Step 7. Use text tool, type letter or symbol you want. Center it on the button. Rotate it just a little bit to the left. Right click on text layer and select Rasterize Type.

Now you can use Perspective tool or Warp tool (Edit - Transform - Warp) and make it look like it is over the button. I used Warp tool and select Arch and move transformation point down.

Step 8. Lower the opacity to 80% and that's it.
