Creating Ralistic Bruise in Photoshop

Introduction
Make any photograph look real, with a real effect to it making the blood look real.

Step 1
First of all you will need to get your Burn Tool which will show you an example of it on the first image below. Open up your picture or any picture that has skin, to make this effect look real. First of all while selecting the Burn Tool, make its Exposure round 15-20% and select a colour of red. Get quite a large brush size, and use the Highlights for now. Make some selections which you want to look like blood, I only made one.

Step 2
With the same brush, select Shadow, and use a smaller brush size and add colour to it. Make it look a bit darker so it looks real. This really is to make it look like the blood effect we really want. Keep adding more shadow to it, making it look real.

Step 3
Now make the image more real, by simply selecting Midtones, and adding lines around the womb. This will help people to think this is more of a real picture. Keep playing around with it and you should get something that looks quite good.

Step 4
That was it really, if you've got up to this part of the tutorial, then congratulations. You've made your first realistic picture. This is my final picture, and I hope you got something a bit like this.
