Learn how to make someone cry... boo-hoo.

Open up a random photo of someone. I chose Jennifer Love Hewitt.

Step 2

Now use the brush-tool to brush a black tear-shape on a new layer;

Step 3

Finetune it and make it look very realistic;

Step 4

Set the fill-amount to 0%

Step 5

Add these blending-options;

Step 6
