First we need to cut out the person for placement, so grab the "Polygonal Lasso Tool" from the tool bar and outline the part wanted to save. When completely selected, hit "Shift"+"Ctrl"+"I" on your keyboard to invert the selection and hit the "Delete" key on your keyboard. Then deselect.

Now place the individual onto the other canvas. We will now resize the person to put things more in perspective. Go to the main menu and select, "Edit" then "Free Transform". Decrease the size as I have done below. Next go to the main menu and select, "Edit" then "Transform" and lastly, "Flip Horizontal".I left a lower opacity image for example purposes only.

Now go to the main menu and select, "Image", then "Adjustments" and lastly "Shadow/Highlight" and use the below settings.
