Step 1. Open our photo of skyscraper
Step 2. Click on Create new adjustment layer, select Color balance and make values as I did
Step 3. Now we have to select only a sky and mask that selection. Click on the eye icon in front of Color balance layer so that we don't see that layer. Click on the "background" layer, pick Magic wand tool, select Tolerance of 15, Anti-alias, Contiguous and Sample all layer.
Click on the sky and press and hold Shift and start clicking on the other areas of sky that aren't selected yet.
Step 4. Click on the eye icon in front of Color balance layer so that we can see it now. Click on the mask, press D on keyboard and hit Del on the keyboard.
Step 5. Deselect selection by pressing Ctrl + D. Change Blending mode of layer to be Color.
