Step 1: Open Photoshop and create a new 1600x1200 canvas either by pressing CTRL+N or by going to top menu and select "File-New...". Set the background color to #0e0e0e using the Paint Bucket Tool(shortcut key "G")
.
Step 2: Open Texture 1(Stadium Photo) and copy it on top of the black background. This should be Layer 1. Set the opacity to 10%.
Step 3: Create a new
layer, Layer 2. Now selecting a soft brush with Master Diameter of 300
size and an orange color #fcb748 click on the screen to create a spot
like in the image bellow. Set the Layer Mode to Screen and the Opacity
to 55%.

Step 4: Open Texture
2(Lights) and copy it on top of Layer 2. Add a layer mask by clicking on
the small rectangle with a circle in the middle, can be found in the
right bottom corner. Using the Paint Bucket Tool fill the layer mask
with black. Now brush over the layer mask with withe color to reveal the
texture(one light). Once you did this, position it on top of Layer 2

Right click on it and select "Blending Options..." and check the box for
"Stroke". Apply a Stroke with size 1 and an orange color. Set the
Opacity to 15% and the Fill to 0%.
Step 6: Once again copy
the render texture on top of Layer 4. Move it just a little bit to the

the Mode, Opacity and Fill like this:
Layer 5: Mode-Normal, Opacity-100%, Fill-100%
Layer 5 copy: Mode-Multiply, Opacity-100%, Fill-25%
Layer 5 copy 2: Mode-Color Dodge, Opacity 100%, Fill-30%
Layer 5 copy 3: first press CTRL+SHIFT+U to desaturate the layer and
then set the Mode to Overlay with 100% opacity and fill.

Step 7: Open Texture
4(wood texture) and duplicate it one time. You should have "Layer 6" and
"Layer 6 copy". Set the "Layer 6" mode to Multiply and change the Fill
to 60%. Set the "Layer 6 copy" mode to Overlay, 90% opacity and 30%
fill.

Step 27: This step seams a
little bit complicated but in fact it's really easy. Create a new
layer, Layer 23, turn the visibility OFF for Layer 4, Layer 5 and copies
by clicking on the eye next to it. With Layer 23 selected go to the top
menu, select "Image" and "Apply Image...", click OK. Now you have all
layer in one. Turn the visibility ON for the layers we turned off
earlier(4,5 and copies). Select the Erase Tool with a soft brush and
brush opacity(not layer opacity) of 50% and erase over the render. We
did this to get rid off some parts of Totti's shorts. See the images
bellow.
Step 28: Open Texture
14(As Roma Logo), copy it and move it right bellow Layer 15 with click
and drag. Hit Ctrl+T to re-size it and position it near Totti's finger.
Set the layer's opacity to 25%.
Note: if it's needed erase more
over Layer 23 if the logo it's not fully visible.
Step 29: Now for the text,
create a new text layer and type in Francesco Totti with Myriad Pro as
Font. Position it right on top of the flames/fire like in the image
bellow:
Select Layer 23, hold down CTRL and click on the square next to the text
layer to make a text selection.

Now press Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste, a new layer will be
created, Layer 25. Click on the eye next to the text layer to turn OFF
visibility and move Layer 25 down a bit and a little to the right.
Step 30: Final step. Click
on the bottom right corner circle and add a "Curves Filter". Set the
Output to 107 and input to 80.
Done. Congratulations.
