You can use the photo I used or any photo you want. I you want to use mine click here .
Open it using Photoshop and let's get to work.
Duplicate the layer by right clicking it.
Then go to Image>Adjustments>Shadow/Highlight.
There set these values(make sure that the "show more option" box is selected to have all the options you need).
Now go to Image>Adjustments>Brightness/Contrast.
There set these values.
Now select Gradient.
Make sure you have it like here.
Click the Gradient and make the selections like in the picture below.
You should have this by now.
Right click the layer and select Rasterize layer.
Then right click the Gradient and select Delete Layer Mask.
Now go to Edit>Free transform or press Ctrl+T.
Drag the rectangle like in the picture.Hold ALT to do drag the entire rectangle.
Drag it until you have something like this.
Now right click the layer and select Duplicate layer.
You will obtain this.
Now select Soft light for this layer.
Do the same thing for the Gradient fill 1.The layer below.
Now select Curves.
There make these settings.
Now let's put the texture.You can find it here oldpaper.jpg .
Drag it over your picture.You should obtain this.
Now go to Image>Adjustments>Desaturate.
Now select Hard light.
You should have this by now.
Set Fill to 50% .
Create a new layer by pressing Shift+Ctrl+N .Now select this colour #f5a700 and using a brush draw few lines like in the picture below.
Go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur.
There make these settings.
You should obtain this.
Select Vivid light.
And your work should be ready.You should have this by now.
