Blinging Rims

1) Open a picture of your car. Feel free to use my 1993 Honda Prelude below in this tutorial:

2) Select the Eliptical Marquee Tool.

3) Select your rims like below:

4) Go to Filter>Sharpen>Sharpen apply this effect once, you can also apply it again to get some more shine. Select the next rim and apply the same steps.

There ya go, your rims are shining better then ever! Here are before and after photos:

Before:

After:

Try using this through out the vehicle and you can sharpen and make anything you want stand out very easily. I sharpened my grill and headlights anything chrome on the picture can be sharpened to get the bling effect, check it out:

Before:

After:

I also added a couple Starbursts.

Window Tinting

1)
Select the Lasso Tool and zoom in to around 300%. Draw a outline right around the windshield. For example:

2) Now press CNTRL+C to copy the selection. Make a new layer and press CNTRL+V to paste.

3) If your windows are already tinted you may skip this step. Set the new layer to Multiply:

4) Now press CNTRL+U and add these settings or customize to your own:

If you want your windows to be more metallic then dont set a blending change for them, leave them at Normal.

If you leave it normal you will get something like this (move onto next step):

5) Select the next windows with the Lasso tool again:

Keep repeating untill all windows are completed.

More Contrast and Color

1)
Ok so now we have all the chrome blinging and the windows tinted, we can now make the car come even more alive by duplicating the background layer and setting it to Screen:

Now you should see a very noticable change by doing this, everything is shining and looking better then before.
