Here is a retouching tutorial for portrait, not any special and just using common techiques but i hope its still a good suggestion for you to make your portrait have soft, warm, vibrant and glamour look.

1. Duplicate your pic. Use your method to soften or sharpen it. Here i use Blur tool.
2. Create a new layer, choose soft brush, color code is fce2f0 to paint gently on the darker area of her cheeks ( set this layer to soft light 100%)
3. Create a new channel mixer layer.
Red: 110, -49,42,0
Green: -5, 118, -13,-1
Blue:-16,17, 63, 14
4. New selective color layer:
Reds: -57,14, -21,10
Yellows: 79,10, 8,-52
Neutrals : 0,0,0,-8
Blacks : 0,0,0,4
5. New Brightness/contrast layer with parameters 4/8 and use soft brush on layer mask to eraser all dark or bright areas on the pic.
6. Create a new layer, change the mode to Color 30%, use soft brush with fdc5a6 to paint on the chin and forehead , color f8c894 to paint on the rest of her skin to remove green areas and make a lively look.
7. Create a new layer, use soft brush , color code is f5bd98 to paint on her cheeks. Lower opacity to 70%.
8. Ctrl+Shift+Alt+E. Apply Unsharp mask:
Add a layer mask to eraser the hair and background.

Some tips if you want to follow this tutorial:
- Apply values depending on your pic tone and you can use Hue/saturation as an extra step.
- To fix wrong color skin areas: create a new layer and use soft brush with the tone near to this color , set to Soft light ( if used on dark areas) or Multipy ( if on bright areas), change opacity till you feel ok.
