Water Colours


This is the picture I used.You can use this one or you can try with another one.

Now right click on the layer. Duplicate the layer like in the picture below.

Now go to Filter>Artistic>Dry brush.

Set these values.

Now press Ctrl+L.Set these values for the levels.

Now duplicate the layer like in the picture. Right click the layer and select Duplicate layer.

No go to Filter>Texture>Texturizer.

Here set these values.

This should be your final result.
