Let's learn to turn a real life picture into watercoloured picture.
It's very easy to convert a photo into a watercolour photo. We just need to use a built in plugin called Watercolor ofcourse.
This is the picture that I am going to use .
Now go to Filter>Artistic>Watercolor.
