Step 1
First of all, insert a picture in Photoshop as like in preview below:

Now hit the Z key from your keyboard. Click and drag over the blemish areas to zoom in as like in picture.

The first thing we're going to do is removing blemishes in the face. In the following image I've marked which areas I considered needed a correction.

The tool that we're going to use to remove blemishes is the Healing Brush Tool (J) which can be found in the tool bar. Now with the help of healing brush tool remove the dark or blemishes area as like in preview.

After removing blemishes area then we will applying the Hue/Saturation for get more attractive look.

After applying Hue/Saturation then we get a new look of picture as like in picture below:

In this step, we will applying Gaussian Blur filter for get more smoothness on girl picture.
